MUJI Canada offers returns for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are ineligible for return due to hygiene and clearance policies.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, sellable condition with all tags attached and verify that it falls within the 30-day return window.

  Prepare Documentation

  Locate your original register receipt for in-store purchases or your order confirmation email and packing slip for online orders.

  Choose Return Method

  Visit any MUJI Canada retail location for an immediate refund, or contact our customer service team to initiate a mail-in return for online purchases.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, typically appearing on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
